It must have been our move to grass which brought the best out of our hurling teams over the weekend. Great success right across the board with our Senior team leading the way on
Saturday evening with an impressive 0-17 to 1-6 win over Oliver Plunketts. This was followed by a Junior A win 1-15 to 0-12 against Crumlin and Junior B win 1-20 to 2-7 against our neighbours Kilmacud Crokes.
The winning ways were carried on by our underage teams with a gritty performance from our Minor team on a cold windy Sunday morning in Marlay Park beating St Maurs 3-10 to 2-11. That win was supported by our U15 team who took care of O’Tooles 3-14 to 0-1. Prior to that on Saturday afternoon our U16s put in a commanding performance to win 2-12 to 1-5 against St Brigids.
Thanks to all the supporters for turning up over the weekend to cheer on our teams. Hopefully we will have many more successfully weekends like this last one. Well done.
